Hand-drawn floral wedding shower invitation

Recently done simple bridal shower invitations. The bride's favorite flower is hydrangea, so some hand-drawn flowers had to make an appearance, coupled simply with a breezy, hand written script and plenty of lovely white space.

Wedding Cards with a Bible Verse Fave

A recent custom wedding card. This is one of the most-loved verses used in weddings. Love. It's true...we drop the term like spare change. But put in this Biblical context it makes sense. We can have shining qualities and get everything right, but it ain't nothin'...without love.

To order a card, please contact Ink Parade.

Alex and Tina's Rustic Vineyard Wedding: Custom Maps

Oh, drawing! How I love thee.

Lucky me, I am getting to draw for a lovely project. Working on a custom map for Tina and Alex's rustic vineyard wedding in the mountains. Here are some elements that are going into the map. It's going to be printed on cream paper and will keep the invitation suite company in a nice brown pocketfold. Not polished off yet, but then again....it is supposed to be rustic. :) Finalized goodies will make an appearance in the future. Raise your glasses of Chardonnay!

Funky Illustrated Birthday Cards

Three cheers! It's someone's birthday...
Hand illustrated flowers and cheery vintage motifs with a fine stripe pattern underneath make for a happy day indeed. The stripes continue over to the back of the card, which has a vertical fold and is blank inside. View the whole post to see another detailed shot.

Niki's Reception Favor Cards

Niki's wedding theme is tied to her Greek heritage, which incorporates the circle as a metaphor for life and marriage. Her invitations were classic and clean, with black and gold hues. She asked me to create small stand-up table place cards that would act as guest favors, informing folks that the couple had made a donation to the Humane Society in their honor. The photos show the front and back of the cards.

Niki and Steven are huge animal lovers and actually have 2 dogs and 2 cats---something I did not know when I designed the cards with 2 of each pet at the bottom! I'm excited to see the reception table set ups with these babies in action. Congratulations Niki and Steven :)

Ready-made Wedding Invitations: Ellie Suite

Next suite up: something elegant, something with panache. Old World elegance and a graceful script round it out. Invitation is designed to fit a standard A7 envelope, and RSVP cards and Thank You Cards fit standard A2 envelopes. Colors of course are completely customizable, y'all! Please see the color chart.

Starry Lantern Wedding Invitations

Lanterns are biiiig for weddings. Japanese lanterns are the most common, but the trend can be taken in various directions with all sorts of hanging paper goods. I'm particularly loving star lanterns though, because they can play nice with any season in brights, jewel tones, pastels, etc. So here's an invitation a la starry lantern!

These babies are cheery but modern, and can be customized to any color of course. They are an alternative size, designed to fit a #10 envelope, which is 4 1/8"x 9 1/2". View full post to see a sage green/plum and a tomato/wine color combo.
